5 ml Falernum (homemade recipe here)

100 ml East imperial Grapefruit Soda

In a tall glass full with ice add Mount Gay and Falernum. Stir, then top up with Grapefruit soda. Stir once then enjoy!

Gwilym joins Cam makes the Expresso Martini:

  • 30ml Finlandia vodka (or Smirnoff if you're poor)
  • 40ml De Kuyper Coffee Liquor
  • 30ml Harpoon Cold Brew Expresso Concentrate

Add the ingredients to a shaker, fill with ice, shake, and strain into a chilled martini glass. Gwilym also gives Cam a full rundown of proper shaker technique and DIY straining.

BTW: If it doesn't contain Vermouth it shouldn't be called a martini.

Neal from Red Bar overcomes the loss of his bicycle to give us his take on the classic Negroni:

  • 20ml Gin
  • 20ml Campari
  • 10ml Lime
  • 10ml Orange Juice

Build in tall glass over ice, and top with Fever Tree Aromatic Tonic Water. For best results stir the Gin and Campari together over ice before building the drink. The exact measurements are a closely guarded secret so this recipe is approximate, for the real deal you'll have to go see Neal himself at Red Bar.
