Gwilym from Glengarry makes an bright green "Peas, peas me". Listen closely to the podcast for info on how to make a minted pea syrup.
Ingredients
40ml Tito's Vodka
20ml DK White Crème de Café
20ml Cocktail Essentials Lime Juice
5ml Aqua Faba (Chick pea brine)
20ml Minted Pea Syrup
Add all ingredients to shaker. Hard shake without ice
Add ice shake again for 20seconds. Strain into a Cocktail or Champagne glass.
WOW! So good.
