Available: from today (Monday 10/03) : A very large room in a Point Chevalier house which can fit a king size bed and all your furniture. The house has a sunny front yard, with sheltered front and back porches, a cozy living room and brunch bar, and a recently renovated bathroom with an amazing shower. The expenses cover unlimited broadband, all utilities, and cleaning items. We are close to shops, bars, takeaways, supermarkets, a gym, the library, a post office, and some premium parks. This is a fantastic location if you need to get about town, as we are right near to the main bus route, and within four minutes' drive to access every major motorway in Auckland.
