The Room is a Large room 3.3m x 3.3m with its own private ensuite. Rent: only $250 per week. Bond: $1000 + one week’s rent in advance ($1250).

The Flat: has 4 bedrooms, communal kitchen and lounge.
(Please note the room will be unfurnished.)
Excellent location; The flat is very close to public transport (1-2min walk to Ellerslie train station or bus stop making it easy to get around). It’s also a quick walk up the road to Ellerslie shops (has everything you need; 4 square, liquor shop, takeaways, pharmacy etc).
We’re a group of likeminded girls all in early 20s who enjoy a good mix of socialising and downtime. 2 of us are studying in auckland and 1 working full time, we all respect everyone’s personal space and busy schedules. We’re looking for someone friendly, tidy, and easy-going to join the flat.

Large back yard area with space for growing veggies and plants, plenty of fruit trees and wonderful flowers.
You would be living with 4 others in the house, and one friendly cat. Sharing one large sunny kitchen and living space upstairs.
5 minute walk from the beach, easy access to public transport, with Mairangi bay center just a short walking distance away.
Landlord is easy with pets just need to be informed and approved.
Living costs are:

$35/week bills per person
