We have one very large double room in a classic Point Chevalier bungalow. We are looking for a single or a couple to share with three others: two guys and a gal, mainly in our 30s. We are open to anyone who is respectful and reasonably tidy. The room has its own aircon and ceiling fan, and enough room for a king size bed and plenty of furniture. The house has a cute front yard with a porch and a vegie garden, a cosy living room, modern recently-renovated bathroom, brunch bar, and funky back porch hang-out area. We are near Point Chev central, so all the amenities you could want are within close walking distance.
Single: $330 per week, all bills included; couple: $400 per week, all bills included

We have one room available in our Westmere/Grey Lynn flat from around 17th of Jan (a week either side is manageable) it is a stunning 1920s cottage with a large backyard including an avocado tree, orange tree and a vege garden in the works!
The room is on the smaller side but includes a cupboard in the hallway for extra storage space.
We are two guys aged 20 and 23, one studying music and one working. We're open to anyone as long as they are respectful and keep their spaces relatively clean and tidy. Preferably someone a similar age but again, anyone is welcome!
We enjoy cooking, indulging in beverages, any kind of music, going to gigs and we are 420 friendly.
