Come join our mellow home in groovy Point Chevalier. We've got a huge double room for you to rent, which easily fits a kingsize bed and all your furniture. It's also got aircon and a ceiling fan. Outdoors, we've got two sunny porches and a sweet front yard; indoors we've got a cozy living room and a recently renovated bathroom with a superb shower. The house is equipped with all the usual technology for modern living, and the location is superb for transport. Shops, parks, and many other desirable amenities are nearby. Best of all, you'll be joining three high quality flatmates in a relaxed and friendly environment which you'll be glad to call home.
$295 per week, including bills and basic housekeeping supplies.
