Accommodation Guide

Looking for a flatmate for our flat in westmere! The room is on the smaller side but it isn’t a cupboard and has plenty of room for equipment and activities, can also include a wardrobe across the hall for those who need the extra space. The house itself is stunning, 1920s cottage, wood floors, large backyard with fruit trees and a vege garden, sunroom, spacious kitchen with a lot of storage, great location.. etc etc As for ourselves, we’re two guys in our early 20s, one studying music and the other working, we’re alot tidier than you might expect and would prefer someone that is the same but we also understand that life gets in the way sometimes and you can’t do your dishes straight away! We enjoy music (obviously), plants (growing them and sometimes smoking them), Cooking (I have photo evidence that I’m a good cook) and going to gigs. Move in date is ideally the middle of January, message me to arrange a viewing once I’m back in Auckland on the 3rd of jan!
