We are looking for a fifth flatmate for our cosy home in Ponsonby.
The room available is a spacious and snug bedroom with a big inbuilt double
wardrobe. The house: central heating, lovely garden, upstairs lounge and
sunroom and great central location — only a two-minute walk up to Ponsonby
road. We each lead fairly independent, busy lives but are house-proud and
like to take care of our communal spaces, and get together once a week for a
shared dinner. Move in date is weekend of the 28/29th June.
