The boys welcome Mat Thomson & Thomson Whisky back into the cocktail corner hot seat. 

Mat makes a Whisky Old fashioned with his Thomson Whisky Rye & Barley.

In a tumber filled with ice add:

1 teaspoon x Sugar 

45 ml x Thomson Whisky Rye & Barley

1 x slice of orange zest

3 dashes x angostura bitters

1 x cherry

Stir & enjoy!

Gwilym makes an incredibly good "Coffee Cocktail" containing a whole egg. Which sounds weird, but it was AMAZING!

Coffee Cocktail

Taylor's Port 60ml

Saint Remy Brandy 30ml

Sugar Syrup 15ml

Whole Egg

Combine in shaker without ice and shake. Then add ice and shake again. Strain into iced glass.

The Accomplice

Combine all ingredients in shaker with ice:

30ml Teeling Small Batch Irish Whisky

30ml Amaro Montenegro

15ml Lime Juice

15ml Sugar Syrup

3 dashes of Orange Bitters

Shake

Strain over ice and garnish with a twist of lime

Start with the Amaro Montenegro in a shaker containing ice, add whiskey to lime juice, add sugar syrup, then bitters, shake it like an MX-5 on the Harbour Bridge. Pour over ice into a fancy glass and consume.

Gwilym and Tom make a devastatingly good Fentimans cola cocktail keg! Take the full time bartending out of your party with a big batch cocktail or punch. If you don't have an ikegger cocktail keg, this is still great to make in a giant bowl!

However, for those wishing to make a single serve:

In a tall glass with ice add:

35 ml x Old Forester Bourbon

15 ml x Lime Juice

1 x Dash x Cherry Bitters

Top glass with Fentiman's Botanically Brewed Curiosity Cola

YUM!

Gwilym knocks it out of the park with a Fentiman's Rose Lemonade cocktail.

In a boston shaker add:

2 x slices of cucumber

2 x slices of lime

40 ml x Tito's Vodka

20 ml x Peychaud's Aperitivo

2 dash x Fee Brothers Bitters

Add ice & shake

Strain into a tall glass, and top with Fentiman's Rose Lemonade

Garnish with a branch of curry leaves. 

10/10 !!!

45ml Tito’s Handmade Vodka

Top and iced glass with Fentiman’s Natural Ginger Beer & Muddled Lime

Garnish with a fresh lime wheel

We're treated to two great cocktails and Bob Log III performing live beds in the bFM studio to accompany Cocktail Corner.

Cats Piss on a Goosberry Bush

30ml Haymans London Dry Gin

30ml Jules Taylor Sauvignon Blanc

1x Tea spoon Agave Nectar

Splash of Lime Juice

Stir all ingredients over ice and strain into a Champagne Flute. Garnish with Passionfruit Pulp.

Old fashioned Port Old Fashioned

40ml Fonseca Bin 27 Finest Reserve Port

45ml Woodford Reserve Rye

30ml Amaro Montenegro


Stir all ingredients over ice for around 30 seconds. Pour into a Rocks glass with 2 Ice cubes and garnish with an orange rind.

Build in a small chilled coupe / tumbler or tulip glass

Add:

30ml x Fonseca Bin 27 Reserve Port

Fill glass with Mionetto Prestige Prosecco DOC Treviso Brut

Add squeeze lime & garnish with twist of lime.
