Stephen puts a spin on an Aperol Spritz... and does a SoCo Spritz.

In a tall glass / and or jam jam jar add:

45ml x Southern Comfort Black 

15ml x Peychauds Aperitivo

1 x nice slice of lemon (with a squeeze into glass)

3 x Strawberries sliced / muddled into drink

Fill glass with ice, and fill with soda water

Stir and then enjoy!

Tom from Hancocks makes a Southern Comfort Boulevardier.

In a tall mixing glass full of ice, add equal parts:

30ml x Southern Comfort Black

30ml x Peychaud's Aperitivo

30ml x Dolin Vermouth Premium Rouge

Stir, then strain into a tumber full of ice.

Garnish with lemon zest, and add a couple dashes of Fee Brothers Lemon Bitters.

This drink is really easy to make, and delicious!

Gwilym makes a massive Southern Comfort keg cocktail. This is a real party drink and a nice alternative to your standard punch.

Into an iKegger add the following:

1 litre x Southern Comfort

400ml x Lemon Juice

400ml x Peach Puree

2.2 litre x Soda Water

Charge ikegger with CO2 or NO2. 

Pour into tall glass over ice. Garnish with lime, lemon, or peach slices.

YUM!

Ryan debuts in the bFM studio with an epic and easy to make Southern Comfort mule - complete with copper mug!

Build in a copper mug filled with ice:

- 45ml x Southern Comfort

- Squeeze quarter of a lime and drop into mug

- Fill / top with Fentimans Ginger Beer and Lime

- Garnish with a spring of mint (softly clapped between your hands to bring out the aroma)

This is a real winner. Easy and surprizingly dry.

Air Mail

Add to a boston shaker

30ml x Lime juice

15ml x Sugar syrup (House of Broughton)

40ml x Mount Gay Black Barrel

Add ice and shake

Strain into coupe glass

Top glass with chilled sparkling wine

Enjoy a great summery drink!

Tom from Hancocks makes his version of what he describes as the original #1 hipster cocktail. The key ingredient here is premium Mount Gay XO rum.

Rum Old Fashioned

Into a tumber add:

1 spoon x caster sugar

2 dash x Fee Bros old fashioned aromatic bitters

15 ml x Mount Gay 

add ice filling 1/4 of glass and slowly stir

15 ml x Mount Gay

add ice filling 1/2 of glass and slowly stir

15 ml x Mount Gay

add ice filling 3/4 of glass and slowly stir

15 ml x Mount Gay 

2 dash x Fee Bros Rhubarb Bitters

Garnish with orange zest. 

Now you're hip.

Sam from Hancocks puts a twist on a Dark and Stormy with some fantastic Mount Gay Rum.

Dark & Samuel

This is a really easy drink to make! Start by putting some ice in a tumber.

Add to glass:

1 x Slice of lemon or lime

40 ml x Mount Gay Black Barrell Rum

Top with East Imperial Ginger beer

2 x Dashes Fee Brothers Old Fasioned Bitters

Delicious and oh so easy!

Gwilym from Hancocks goes all out and makes a great tasting and good looking cocktail with Cointreau.

Rainbow Magic

30ml x Cointreau

30ml x Botanist Gin

30ml x Lemon Juice

2 Dashes Peach Bitters

1 Cube of Papaya

East Imperial Royal Botanic Tonic

Garnish – Mint Sprig, Orange Wedge, Papaya Wedge and Cocktail Umbrella

Combine all ingredients except tonic in a shaker and shake with ice. Pour into higball glass/ tiki mug.

Top with tonic and garnish.

Yum!

Cointreau and flavoured Margarita's are on the menu. Stephen from Hancocks visits the bFM studio with a huge selection of Master of Mixes premium cocktail mixes. He also has a jar of Roses sweet orange marmalade, to demonstrate how easy it is to make a delicious cocktail with jam. 

Mango Margarita 

In a boston shaker add:

45ml x Herradura Tequila

20ml x Cointreau

90ml x Mango Nectar (Master of Mixes)

20ml x Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice 

Add ice & shake.

Strain into a chilled coupe. Rim with salt if desired. 

Marmalade Jam Margarita

In a boston shaker add:

45ml x Herradura Tequila

30ml x Cointreau

2 x spoons of Roses Orange Marmalade

25ml x Freshly squeezed lime juice

Add ice and shake. 

Strain in a chilled coupe. Rim with salt if desired. 

YUM! Both are delicious!
