Ben from the Cork Gin & Whisky Bar serves up a 10/10 Albeforth's Bathub Gin Cocktail.
Build in a mixing glass:
2 dashes (or to taste) x Bittermans Hellfire Habanero Shrub
1 teaspoon x Sugar
30 ml x Albeforth's Bathtub Gin
30 ml x Apricot Brandy
Add ice to mixing glass - stir to mix down.
Strain into small rocks glass on ice.
Garnish with rosemary.
(If you have a weird wood smoking machine - you can smoke the cocktail - to make it extra yum)

In a boston shaker add:
45ml x Ableforths Bathtub Gin
15ml x Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao
2 dash x Angus Bitters
2 dash x Lemon bitters
1 x Egg white
15ml x Cinnamon infused sugar syrup
DRY SHAKE
Add ice - WET SHAKE
Double strain into a coupe glass
Dust with Cinnamon

In a mixing glass add:
30 ml x Ableforth's Bathtub Gin
30 ml x Campari
30 ml x Mancino Vermouth (Rosso Amaranto)
Add ice and stir.
Double strain into tumbler.
Rim glass, garnish with orange zest/peel.

1 x Demararo cube
1/2 x lime juiced
1 x bar spoon pomegranet molasses
1 x dash house made molasses bitters
30 ml x cold water
60 ml x Ableforths Rum (3 rum blend Rumbullion/gunpowder/blackstrap)
Shake on ice.
Strain into ice filled tumbler.
Garnish with coffee & pimento bitters.

The following ingredients are stirred down in a mixing glass
2 x Heavy dashes Tiki Bitters
2 x Heavy dashes burlesque bitters
2 x Heavy dashes frankincense bitters
1 x bar spoon of curacao
30 ml x Pierre Ferrand Cognac
20ml x Tepache Spiced Pineapple Liqueur
15ml x Ableforth's Rumbullion Rum
Add ice - and slowly stir.
Strain into coupe. Garnish with orange zest.

1 x Demarara cube
1 x juice of half a lime
60ml x Blend of Rum (Ableforth's, Plantation, Black Rum)
20 ml x Campari
45 ml x Pineapple Juice
2 x heave dashes tiki bitters
Add ice into shaker. Shake hard! Then double strain into a tumbler with giant ice cube
Garnish - black strap & coffee molasses

Squeeze 1 entire lime and drop husk into glass
ADD
Ice
Heavy dropper of Buckspice ginger bitters
Heavy dropper Bittermans elemakule tiki
50 ml blend of - white rum, banana liquor, over proof rum
East imperial ginger beer
Top with Ableforth's Rumbullion Rum
Garnish with - dry banana chips and shaved nutmeg

1 cube x Sugar (Demerara if possible)
30 ml x Ableforth's Rumbullion Rum
10 ml x Ableforth's Bathtub Gin
20 ml x Navy strength gin
15 ml x Orgeat Syrup
Add a few heavy dashes of the following bitters:
Cocao Bitters
Ginger Bitters
Black Walnut bitters
Tiki bitters
SHAKE in Boston
Strain into chilled Coupe glass
We wrap up the Gin Jubilee with Arun from 1885. He makes us the winning gin and tonic with some East Imperial Superior Beverages and Citadelle Gin
Message in a Bottle
In a highball glass built over ice:
30 ml Citadelle Gin
15 ml Aperol
15 ml Black tea syrup (boil up a heavy blend of tea, add a little sugar to sweeten)
15 ml Citric Acid solution (grab citric acid from the supermarket)
Top with East Imperial Burma tonic. Stir!
Garnish with Cinamen stick & bruised cardamon pods.

In a tumbler with ice (preferably one big square piece :)
1 oz - Citadelle Gin
1 dash lime juice
1 pinch of salt diluted in soda water
4 dash absinthe
Top with East Imperial Yuzu Tonic
Garnish with lime wheel & star anise clove
