Neal from Red Bar overcomes the loss of his bicycle to give us his take on the classic Negroni:

• 20ml Gin
• 20ml Campari
• 10ml Lime
• 10ml Orange Juice

Build in tall glass over ice, and top with Fever Tree Aromatic Tonic Water.
