Orange the World: End Violence Against Women Now w/ UN Women NZ President Tara Singh

Womens organsations worldwide have reported that domestic violence against women has intensified during the COVID-19 pandemic. 

UN Women has launched their 16 Days of Activism against Gender-based Violence. This year, the theme is Orange the World: End Violence Against Women Now.

The global campaign began on November 25, the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, and runs until December 10, Human Rights Day.

Jessica Hopkins spoke to UN Women Aotearoa NZ President Tara Singh about ending domestic violence here in Aotearoa.
