Cocktail Corner thanks to Covid-19 and a Coffee Sour: August 20, 2020

With Gwilym on the phone line the lads make a Coffee Sour under his guidance.

45ml x Quick Brown Fox 

15ml x Tito's Vodka

30ml x Lemon Juice

15ml x Sugar Syrup

1 x Egg White

Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Dry shake without ice. Hard shake again with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a dash of black walnut bitters.
