The Backbone Collective is a national coalition for domestic abuse survivors, which is currently focusing its efforts on the Family Court. They’ve recently released some damning research about the functioning of the Family Court, which prompted a response from the Family Court Principal Judge Ryan, the Minister for Justice and the Law Society, all of whom disagreed with the Collective’s findings.
