After the usual festive period akl ghost town we're back in full effect! It's always nice to have the office open and buzzing when I hit the studio. We started with some b2b David Holmes brilliance incl. what is now a bonafied bFM banger remix by Andrew Weatherall (RIP). As per we travelled the world touching down in
São Paulo with Ana CMP, Los Angeles via Jeffrey Paradise, London (?) via NoTenshun and of course plenty of aces from Aotearoa!
Find your lane. Lanes are areas of relatively undisturbed clear air that are not being decelerated or disturbed by others' sails. Don't just sit there; visualise where you want to go. Think as far ahead as possible and plan where you would like to be.
Featuring the Sound of Sydney, with our good friend Carlos Avilés, along with Higher Porpoise from Jon Bernais.

It’s one of our most natural bodily functions, we spend a third of our lives doing it, so why is sleep, or lack thereof, an issue for millions of people around the world? It might surprise you that understanding the science of sleep and how it can affect our performance in all areas of our lives, is one of the most important things we can learn.
Featuring friend segments! The Sound of Sydney with our good mate Carlos Avilés, who has graced the show since 2016 and he's delivered week-on-week without fail. Jon Bernais gave us Higher Porpoise mid lockdown and he's proven to be as unpredictable as the pandemic.
