30ml Lyre's Coffee Originale.
30ml Lyre's Dark Cane Spirit.
22.5ml of Harpoon Coffee Concentrate.
Dry shake (no ice), followed by a quick wet shake (with ice). Double strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a coffee beans. All the tastey, none of the wastey.

15ml x Tito's Vodka
30ml x Lemon Juice
15ml x Sugar Syrup
1 x Egg White
Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Dry shake without ice. Hard shake again with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a dash of black walnut bitters.
