Cocktail Corner: Lemon, Lime & Bitters Gin

Listen along:

Ingredients:

• Several dashes of Bitters
• 15ml of Lime Juice
• Ice
• East Imperial Yuzu Lemonade
• 30-45ml of Lighthouse Original Gin

Method:

1. Swirl several dashes of bitters around your serving glass
2. Add 15ml of Lime juice into your glass
3. Load your glass with ice, up to the brim if possible.
4. Add that East Imperial Yuzu Lemonade
5. Then finish by adding, then stirring, Lighthouse Gin.
