Aotearoa's tall, honey voiced prince has a big announcement: he's taking a pause from the spotlight, but in good news, he will be celebrating his upcoming sabbatical by going on tour! So, we'll all get to send him off in style.
Marlon Williams will hit the road with his band The Yarra Benders for the Tā te Manawa tour.
The Tā te Manawa (“heart at rest”) tour will see Marlon and The Yarra Benders play two sets comprising songs from his last album Te Whare Tīwekaweka all the way back to his first album, and bits of everything in between. This is a heartfelt coming together of fans and whanau for Marlon. He invites you to travel through his musical repertoire to date and be in the room before he takes a step back from the stage.... for now.
Due to red hot demand, Marlon Williams has announced a new headline date for Tāmaki Makaurau, on Thursday 21 May at The Civic. Te Whanganui-a-Tara and Ōtautahi also have new dates added.
