Luisa Tora joined us in the first half of the show to discuss iLakolako ni weniqia: A Veiqia Project exhibition, currently on view at the Physics Room in Ōtautahi. In part two, Bena Jackson talked about her play_station exhibition Camera phone, then stuck around to compete on the latest installment of Daphne's Quiz. 

In the first part of the Artbank this week, we commemorated the life and work of the artist Billy Apple by speaking to a selection of those who knew him. We were lucky enough to hear from Eve de Castro-Robinson, Andrew Clifford, Daniel Malone, and Stephen Cleland. In the second part of the program, Megan Dunn joined Theo to discuss Things I Learned in Art School, her wonderful memoir/essay collection. 

Gavin Hipkins joins Theo in the first half of the show to discuss City of Tomorrow, a moving image work available to view via the Artspace Aotearoa website (at time of broadcast). Later on, the crew from Ōtautahi artist-run space HOT LUNCH consider the project at its conclusion. In the second half of the show, Victoria University Press publisher Fergus Barrowman talks about VUP's forthcoming releases, as well as what he has been reading of late. 

It's a jam-packed Artbank this week! First up, Prairie Hatchard-McGill and August Ward come in to discuss Hatchard-McGill & Ward, their glamorous Satchi & Satchi & Satchi exhibition. Briar Lawry gives a rundown on the New Zealand Book Awards for Children and Young Adults, describing the process behind the awards and the themes running through this year's nominees. Finally, Theo spoke to Georgie Hill about the experimental watercolours and meteorological suggestions of Prismatic Tectonics, Georgie's exhibition at Visions.
