Staff shortages are severely impacting the healthcare workers in Auckland’s managed isolation facilities and new employment terms mean that MIQ workers can no longer visit places where vulnerable people might be present. This got News and Editorial Director Jemima Huston thinking about how working in MIQ is impacting the everyday lives of healthcare staff.
