Talks of upgrading NZ's free trade agreement with China

Talks to upgrade New Zealand’s free trade agreement with China will begin next year, with both countries aiming to to reach the $30 billion mark in trade by 2030, and Prime Minister John Key saying an upgrade is needed to achieve this.
