Severe Weather Warning in Auckland w/ Lewis Ferris from MetService: March 21, 2022.

MetService has given a severe thunderstorm warning for Auckland, Northland, Great Barrier Island and the Coromandel Peninsula. Several Auckland schools have closed this morning due to flooding, including Orewa College and Red Beach School. According to NIWA, this morning saw the second wettest hour on record in Auckland. Sam Clark spoke to MetService Communications Meteorologist, Lewis Ferris about the storm.
