Diversity and Sustainability in the Primary Sector w/ Bridgit Hawkins: August 12th 2021

High leadership positions within the primary sector are dominated by men in New Zealand. Chief Sustainability Officer Bridgit Hawkins is aiming to change that. Hawkins has launched the Fields of Change project to help promote diversity within the primary sector's leadership. Conor spoke to Hawkins today about the project, the current state of diversity, and the impact it will have on sustainability.
