Cocktail Corner: w/ Gwilym and Cointreau: November 1, 2018

Gwilym makes a White Lady with Cointreau. The White lady is a classic 1930's sour which pre-dates the margarita. This is a real crowd pleaser with Jonny & Big Hungry. It's absolutely delicious and oh so easy to make!

In a boston shaker with ice add:

30ml x Lemon Juice

10ml x Simple Sugar Syrup

30ml x Cointreau Liqueur

45ml x Bruichladdich "The Botanist" Islay Dry Gin

Strain into a coupe. Garnish with lemon rind.
