The Harmful Digital Communications Amendment Bill would amend the Harmful Digital Communications Act 2015 to make it illegal to post an intimate visual recording online without consent.
Through the Nudie Project, Dr Claire Meehan has researched the sharing of nude photos amongst teenagers, and issues of consent and coercion.
