A survey by the New Zealand Institute of Economics as commissioned by the non-profit Global Women and ANZ, studied the impact of employees experiencing menopause in the workplace.

The study focused on the symptoms of menopause, its effects on employee abilities, and highlighted the stigma surrounding potential discussions between an employer and their workers.

Ash spoke to CEO of Global Women, Agnes Naera about the report and started by asking about the purpose of the survey.
