In Aotearoa right now, we have something special going on in the underground dance music community. Each week we have a number of gigs taking place across the motu. At these events, your eardrums are likely to be filled with heavy bass frequency, energetic percussive elements, and hypnotic electronic synths. But where do these sounds come from?
