Why Mindfulness Is A Superpower
Practicing mindfulness is one of the single most powerful things you can do for your wellbeing. Narrated by Dan Harris, author of 10% Happier, which takes readers on a journey of how he reduced stress without losing edge and found self-help that actually works. Harris shares how, like running in the 40s, mindfulness is the next big public health revolution.

Most people are good and so most people assume the people in power are good.
