Arno spoke to Professor Robert MacCulloch from the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Auckland to find the extent of these impacts and how the New Zealand economy might be affected under the new leadership of Chris Hipkins.

In an opinion piece in the New Zealand Medical Journal, researchers point out that adolescents' natural sleep-wake biology shifts at puberty to favour later bedtimes, and start times of 9:45am or later would help address sleep issues in senior secondary students.
