Illinois-born, Toronto-based artist Meg Remy, a.k.a. U.S. Girls, has a new album out on Friday. Called 'Heavy Light', the album was recorded live with 20 musicians - a new way of working for Meg who has, prior to her last album 'In A Poem Unlimited', been known for her use of looping and sampling to create tracks. Rachel spoke to Remy about the project, becoming more personal in her writing, revisiting old material, and using collaboration as a political and musical tool.

There's one film on Fabian Fanboy's mind this week, and it's one he reckons you must see. The Invisible Man is out this week and it's sure to give you a spooking, a thriller that dives into issues about stalking, gaslighting and abusive relationships. Very good, and very scary - you might need to take yourself to Sonic the Hedgehog afterwards.
