First and foremost, big shout out to 95bFM's Drive Show for moving the tape deck out of the studio and not telling me, leaving me in a studio at 1AM with no way to broadcast this show. Excellent work gang; another weeks show seamlessly bleeding into the airwaves like a well oiled machine. Its all good shit.

This show was a blast, loads of new shit from Atroicty Altar in Australia, a bunch of stuff from Fuck Yoga Records in Macedonia, with the rate that dope shit is coming out plus the seemingly infinite time I've had to dive into obscurities I'm going to be very busy for the forseaable future. The show is interspersed with excerpts from one of Ray Bradbury's weirder short stories, a man ruminating on taking on the role of the reaper. Sit back, do nothing, shove this shit in your earballs.

This show was a fuckin' blast to make, with tonnes of new Iron Lung Records shit to get my teeth into plus the usual assortment of ancient black metal demos, and a track off the massive new Sial record that just came out on La Vida Es Un Mus. Big shoutout to my flatmate for putting me onto the Eightball & MJG tracks too.

Another long week indoors bleeds into the next while I try to scoop the contents of my skull into a tape for you this week. We jump headfirst into some essential Memphis hip hop before a bunch of new shit from Sound Grotesca in Austin, Texas, a whole bunch of classic Slavic punk and grind amongst various other classics (old and mordern).

This was a fun show to make, tonnes of black metal, from new shit to classic Greek stuff like Varathron and Necromantia, a bunch of hiphop, some ugly new Aotearoa shit all strung together with some fundamentalist ramblings from the deep past on demonology.

I think I'm too tired to write much of a description, like everyone else I'm stuck inside for the foreseeable future which has resulted in some mild insomnia and some questionable viewing habits that have crept into this weeks show. I've attempted to stay as current as I can be bothered but you're also a bit doomed to whatever I've been listening to this week; highlights include recently unearthed tracks from gutter sludge aberration Baboon King, 60 or so blasts of noise from Living Room interspersed with whatever's going on in black metal, various obscurities and some classic hip hop.

In this show we float through some of the eerier moments from the 1988 film Spoorloos (The Vanishing). It's been a long week inside, and this show is a testament to the mishmash of shit I was listening to while studying, pacing back and forth, reading frequently bleaker news and wondering how my friends elsewhere are. There's a fair but of electronic/experimental shit in tonights show (notably some of the weirder stuff on Bloody Fist Records and some newer power electronics shit like Spring Break and Slow Murder), but there's still a bunch of fast shit in there too, looking at the new tracks from Pvnisher and Asbestosisis in particular.

Tonight's show starts with a 90 minute CS curated by artist Alexander Brown from Wrought Material,  an eclectic mixtape that switches (abruptly) between death metal cuts and Japanese pop, with all manner of noise, mental hardcore and post punk in between. The last 30 minutes is a short mix from me, classic underrated West Bay hip-hop, some brand new shit from Bowel Rupture and L.O.T.I.O.N. Multinational Corporation.

I don't have much to say. Each day the world changes incredibly fast and the weird paranoid guy from 3 in the morning who plays you weird metal is probably the least qualified to talk about it. A tiny mount of post managed to trickle through from Australia, as evidenced by the newer Atrocity Altar stuff, though I imagine most of the shit I'm waiting on is lost to the ether. I go heavy on some of the weirder electronic post punk shit. It's a time.

Tonights show is two mixtapes, the first I had curated by longtime collaborator/mate Glenn Bowman, who put together a killer 90 minutes of death metal, hardcore, noise rock and hip-hop. The second tape is me, fairly heavy on the electronic side of things this week, with a bunch of new shit in there too. Enjoy.
