Do you fancy yourself a bit of cocktail conisseur? Does the thought of Don Draper rolling up his perfect sleeves to concoct an old fashioned make you salivate? Do you look at that creepy, bowtied bartender in the Shining and think "Yes. Mess me the feck UP, Lloyd!" Well thank god for Liquor King and Jonny and Big Hungry, because Cocktail Corner is gonna shake you, stir you, and roll you out the door into your liquor dreams. Cool.
Featuring music from Os Juventude, Lone, Stefan Ringer, No Regular Play, MonoNeon, Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever, DBLDBL, Chaos In The CBD, Moire, Dadras and Kid Sublime

Aldous Huxley, Doors of Perception (excerpt) - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v9eD7oSX7dg
The Doors of Perception is a philosophical essay, released as a book, by Aldous Huxley. First published in 1954, it details his experiences when taking mescaline. The book takes the form of Huxley's recollection of a mescaline trip that took place over the course of an afternoon in May 1953. Huxley recalls the insights he experienced, which range from the "purely aesthetic" to "sacramental vision". He also incorporates later reflections on the experience and its meaning for art and religion.

💚 Hey wonderful humans. That was probably one of my favourite shows to date - following up from covering brekky the previous day. Lovely texts and calls of which I am immencely grateful.
3 hours of sweltering, saucey tunes for your little taringa's. We also fumbled around on the XDJ's for a brief mix in the middle of the show and then keep the energy rolling throughout.
A huge thank you to Aneeka for absolutely blowing the doors down last week on the show while I was answering questions in a test booklet.
As always see you next thursday.
Spotify playlist attatched for your listening pleasure. 💚
