MOTAT's 60th Birthday!

MOTAT's 60th Birthday - Sunday 20 October 2024 

Dust off your party hats and get the candles ready, MOTAT are turning 60 this month! That's right, MOTAT was in it's first year of primary school when 95bFM was a newborn. 1964 was the same year The Beatles toured Aotearoa and it was the same year John Campbell was born.

For 60 years MOTAT have been serving science, tech and play out of Western Springs - so to celebrate this epic milestone, they're hosting a party and we're invited! Nicholas and Aneeka will be broadcasting live at MOTAT from 9am-12pm on Sunday 20 October for LIVE DAY: 60 Years of MOTAT. 

Journey through the past, honour the present, and celebrate the next 60 years of MOTAT. Both Great North Road and the Aviation Hall will be buzzing with action, entertainment, and special activities from 10am-4pm. Want to join in on the fun? RSVP here!
