Accommodation Guide
Welcome to the 95bFM Accommodation Guide where you can find your ideal flatmate or a place to live with like-minded listeners. Sunny and recently renovated brick and tile flat in Sandringham. The main living areas have a lovely outlook to the garden, there is a small courtyard perfect for outdoor gatherings plus a few garden boxes too. The kitchen is generous in size with new appliances (incl.washer/dryer). There is a garage at the back of the property for extra storage.
There are two options for the room(s) both come unfurnished:
1. One cozy double bedroom, it looks out the the courtyard at the back of the house. The separate study is tucked away; could be good for a creative or possibly someone who works from home.
2. The other is a decent size double, north-east facing so lots of sun with a good size wardrobe.
Live with a female creative working professional in their 30`s and a 2yo sweet kitty, always down for pats and a play plus loves a warm spot to curl up.
Located between St Lukes + Sandringham shops
Shops, supermarkets, cafes, and the library is only a few minutes walk away.
30 mins by bus (bus stop is a few mins walk) to CBD or 6 km walk/cycle.
Looking for a tidy, respectful and easy going individual someone who appreciates a wholesome + comfortable home environment and is independent. No couples.
