Accommodation Guide

A downstairs room has just become available in our lovely old Mt Eden villa, and we're looking for the flatmate of our dreams to fill it! The room (furniture not included) is quiet, cozy, and quite spacious if you're willing to get creative with furniture placement. It comes with an ensuite bathroom/toilet, as well as a rear access door that leads to the driveway and our beautiful backyard (extremely useful for introverts and 3am homecomings.) House is smoker-friendly, musician-friendly, and (within reason) party-friendly. It's current inhabitants (excluding our cat and overlord, Dimi) are all busy, sociable humans ranging from our mid 20's to early 30's, who enjoy flat dinners and communal activities when our varied schedules allow. Our ideal flatmate is someone who is tidy, polite, and willing to be a proactive member of the flat and contribute to its wellbeing - in other words, most of you reading this! We're a pretty accepting bunch, if you're clean, good with bills and capable of cohabitating without punching a hole in the drywall then you are welcome to apply. PARKING: Driveway can fit 3 cars easily, if you're willing to apply for a permit there's plenty of street parking available as well. - LOCATION: Just off the northern end of Dominion Rd, 5 minute walk to Countdown, 5 minute drive to the CBD/Ponsonby/Grey Lynn/Morningside, close to both SH1 and SH20 onramps and plenty of options for public transport nearby!
