First Home vs. Student Loan

Yesterday a bill was drawn from the ballot that would see student loan repayments being diverted into saving towards a home. 95bFM producer Amanda Robinson spoke to Green MP Gareth Hughes about his First Home Student Loan Repayment Diversion Bill, and began by asking him what exactly the bill involves.
