Jonny catches up with Deputy Mayor Desley Simpson about a new council policy that limits alcohol licensing so that  liquor retailers now must stop selling by 9PM. The policy will be running for 12 months as a trial, and also places a two-year freeze on opening new off-license retailers in 23 suburbs. Read more about it here
