Protect Pūtiki w/ Emily Weiss: May 25, 2021

Members of Uri o Ngāti Pāoa have been occupying Waiheke Island's Pūtiki Bay for a number of weeks now against plans for a new marina. Lyric Waiwiri-Smith spoke to Emily Weiss, from Ngāti Pāoa, to discuss the unique relationship between tangata whenua and land, and their petition to stop the marina, among other topics.
