Cocktail Corner thanks to the mystery ingredients in the bFM prize cupboard: September 10, 2020

Gwilym makes a banging cocktail with some serious horsepower with a combination of mystery ingredients from the bFM prize cupboard.

It's based on a Long Island Ice Tea. 

In a glass full of ice add 100ml East Imperial Yuzu Lemonade and a short pour of a Parrotdog APA.

In a mixer add a 20ml or so of all the spirits and liqueurs you can find. Then add the juice of two lemons. 

Add ice to shaker and shake. Strain into glass.

Garnish with mint and pear slices.
