UoA's Hannah Rapata has just finished up at the Liggin's institute doing a summer research studentship that worked on the first study to analyse changes in childhood obesity prevalence within a specific iwi, in this case, Ngāti Whātua in New Zealand. Hannah talks to Mikey about the links between colonization and nutrition, asking whether the age old BMI measurement is really that accurate?

While being compared to the way humans play chess, the crow collects tools and plans out a sequence of behaviours before taking on a task. Wowee, very fascinating stuff!
