Stephen makes innovations in the cocktail world with a new technique known as "Poury, Poury"
Into one half of a boston shaker add:
40 ml x Teeling Irish Whiskey
15 ml x White Port
15 ml x Dolin Chambery Vermouth
Add ice to shaker, and strain into other half of shaker full of ice. Repeat pour or "Poury, Poury" motion three or four times between shaker halves to effectively chill the mixture (without too much dilution).
Strain into a chilled tumbler. Enjoy a strong delicious drink!
