Guy from Cuba Libre whips up a "Jus Jooce"

In a glass combine:

30ml x Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum

15ml x Lime Juice

15ml x Mango Puree

20ml x Cocchi Americano 

Dash of Apple Liqueur

Add ice and stir. Pour evenly between glasses.

Garnish with mint to make it look pretty.

Delicious!

Tom from Federal Merchants & Bill from Longroom join the boys for some yarns with a bottle of Sailor Jerry.

Bill puts together a fantastic "Can I kick it?"

In a boston shaker add:

40 ml x Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum

15 ml x Banana Liquor

10 ml x Orgeat syrup 

30 ml x Fresh lemon juice

40 ml x Fresh pineapple juice

3 dashes x Angostura bitters

5 ml x Cruzan rum

Dry shake in boston, pour over ice. Top glass with shaved ice. 

Garnish with mint, slice of pineapple and black berries.

Enjoy! Yum!

Mat from Thomson Whisky makes his Copper Tone concoction that he came up with featuring ice from a yoghurt container, mandarin syrup because it’s in season and lemons that want to be limes.

Copper Tone (one serve)

Fill a boston shaker with ice and add:

30ml x Thomson Two Tone Whisky

20ml x Mandarin Syrup (Substitute with Craig’s Apricot or Plum Jam)

20ml x Fresh Lime or Lemon Juice

Shake well

Pour into an iced glass and top with:

100ml x Hallertau 3 Copper Tart

Enjoy!

In one glass create a citrus blend: 

30ml x fresh Pineapple Juice 

25ml x Lemon Juice

30ml x Lemongrass Syrup

+ 2 dash Tiki Bitters

In a tumber with ice add:

45ml x Plantation Pineapple Rum

ADD citrus blend to taste

Simple and delicious!

Ben from Bedford Soda & Liquor makes an FBI a.k.a Flash Brewed Infusion.

Brew tea - with boiling water mixture of Black Tea, Blue Berry Tea

In a glass add:

30 ml x Citadelle Gin

30 ml x Peach Liquor

15 ml x Amaro Montenegro

15 ml x Orget Almond Syrup

Add Dry Ice. Bubble away.

Add tea.

Serve in small tea cup.

Big Hungry is stoked!

Ben from Bedford Soda and Liquor makes a very impressive Plantation Rum cocktail.

Polynesian Painkiller Volcano

In a boston shaker add:

50 ml x Plantation Original Dark

50 ml x Appletons Estate Reserve

10 ml x Cruzan Black Strap Blackstrap Rum

15 ml x Pomegranate syrup

15 ml x Passion fruit syrup

3 dash x Angostura bitters

3 dash x Bittermens Tiki bitters

Fill shaker to the top with even parts fresh Apple Juice Pineapple Juice.

Add tiny bit of ice to shaker. Shake.

Strain into vessel full of ice.

Garnish with slices of Lime, Lemon, Mandarin, Mint... Sprinkle with cinnamon.

YUM!

Ben from The Cork makes an absoluely amazing Ableforth's Bathtub Gin Fizz

In a coupe glass add:

1/2 fill with soda water

In a boston shaker add:

20 ml x Ableforth's Sloe Gin

20 ml x Ableforth's Bathtub Gin

20 ml x Lime juice

20 ml x Sugar Syrup

1 x Egg white

Dry Shake

Add Ice & wet shake

Strain into coupe - garnish with dehydrated blood orange.

Everyone agrees it is delcious!

Ben from the Cork Gin & Whisky Bar serves up a 10/10 Albeforth's Bathub Gin Cocktail.

Build in a mixing glass:

2 dashes (or to taste) x Bittermans Hellfire Habanero Shrub

1 teaspoon x Sugar

30 ml x Albeforth's Bathtub Gin

30 ml x Apricot Brandy

Add ice to mixing glass - stir to mix down.

Strain into small rocks glass on ice.

Garnish with rosemary.

(If you have a weird wood smoking machine - you can smoke the cocktail - to make it extra yum)
