Ready, Steady, Learn w/ Albert Ashton: February 20, 2018

Albert is a master weaver, also studying for his Masters of Fine Arts. In studying the personal (his heritage, his whanau, his mahi) his work has taken him on greater explorations of Maoritanga and the wider world of cloak creation - even to the British Museum, where he's been able to speak on potential repatriations of such cloaks in museum collections the world over.
