Cocktail Corner thanks to Lyre's non-alcoholic spirits: July 16, 2020

Gwilym makes a delicious Lyre's non-alcoholic spirits Manhattan.

In a large vessel full of ice add: 

45 ml x Lyre's American Malt

15 ml x Lyre's Rosso Vermouth

7 dashes bitters

Stir, then strain into martini glass. Garnish with orange zest peel.
