It was a game of two halves this week with Kirk coming in hot with some freshly rediscovered favourite contemporary goodies plus some of the obligatory MPB and disco, and Jubt takes the reigns from 5.30 with a grab bag of old and new including local jazz heroes the Circling Sun "Kohan" from the forthcoming Spirits LP on Soundway, the newie from Surprise Chef, AD90 (Adi Dick), some funky Norwegians and Germans, an odd assortment of boogie bangers, and the dollar bin jam courtesy of Chas Jankel.
