Housing First: A small step towards addressing NZ's Homelessness

This morning the government announced its new plans to boost funding and pour more resources into battling New Zealands homelessness crisis. The plan piggybacks of successful programmes overseas and look to first introduce homeless people to Housing before they are supported with other issues.
